Mayo is a tasty high fat option! However, it is a challenge to find a mayo which doesn't contain vegetable oil and artificial additives. So DIY mayo seems to be a cool idea! I went on to experiment with this until I lost count of the bottles of oil used in making Keto Mayo. Hiyaaah, all tak jadi until I found the right type of oil. So, I must emphasize that this recipe only work well with HARVIST Premium Red Palm Oil.
This is a NATURAL mayo made with real foods which is good for just anyone who wants to eat clean! This recipe yield a jar of 200g thick and velvety mayo and best consume within the same day. I have kept this in the fridge for up to 3 days. Taste unchanged but the texture became dense and greasy. Perhaps, I should try to keep it out for a day.
