Incredibly Easy to bake Keto Cake

To many ketoers, baking is a new skill developed along with the change of lifestyle. It seems like the hardest thing to do than eating more fat! Oh well, this premix will come in handy! You can easily bake a yummy keto cake for yourself or your loved one in 30 minutes.
When I switched to Keto way of eating 3 years ago, baking ingredients were hard to come by. I was hardly a professionally trained baker and have not idea how to whisk egg whites to soft peak. So when i started my company in February 2018, premixes are in the product development plan. With the mission to make keto easy and sustainable, this Yummy Keto Lemony Cake Mix was launched in April 2018. As the creator of the first keto premix in Malaysia, I was very pleased with myself!
Having said that I wasn't able to find time in making a step-by-step video until the live baking demo I did recently on IG & FB in support of my fellow ketoers during lockdown. Tthis is one way for me to giveback to the local keto fam who have been supporting me and my company for the past 2 years.
Believe me this keto cake is super easy to make. With the premix, you only need to get 3 wet ingredients - butter, eggs and lemon. In fact, these are staple food ketoers have in their fridge almost all the time. Simple eh! I

Grease a 6”x3” loaf tin and preheat the oven to 170ºC.
Pour Yummy Keto Lemony Cake Mix into a mixing bowl.
Add in butter and eggs.
Beat with an electrical mixer until well incorporated.
Mix in lemon juice and zest.
Pour the mixture into the loaf tin.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are brown.
Allow the cake to cool before removing it from the loaf tin.
