Keto in 2017, 2018 and what's next in 2019?

Hello 2019!!!

My keto affair is unstoppable since 2017 and the way I see it, it's gonna be a long term thing which will stay with me for life. This is not a surprise at all after experiencing multiple benefits since the change in my dietary choices.

As I make a tiny name for myslef in the local keto community, very often I encounter questions from followers and challengers. Because I am so convinced with the benefits of ketogenic diet, I used to go through a great length to reply to those queries.


But for this year, I will respond to those queries with the following questions:

  • Do you like the current you? Are you healthy? Do you have weight management issues?

  • How do see your body/health condition 2 years from now?

  • What will you do to improve the situation?

Also, there are 5 key factors to access your current lifestyle:

1) Food

2) Exercise

3) Environment

4) Stress

5) Rest


Let us reflect on the above questions and key factors in order to have a clearer glimpse of the current situation before we consider options that will best suit and complement your lifestyle. Obviously, if you're happy with where you are and glad to maintain it as it is, there is really no change needed at all.
