Amazing Keto Transformations

My weight stalled until I attended the keto class conducted by Charine in September which I have further understanding of keto diet. Since then, I started to screen through all my food intake and learned how to identify and avoid hidden carbs. Within a week, the scale moved! I successfully dropped another 8 kg after attending Charine's class. To date, I've lost 20kg in total.

Thanks to Charine for all her tips and I love her Yummy Keto Power Blend and Pure MCT oil. The Power Blend is an awesome and convenience product especially to make myself a bullet proof coffee in the office. I love the taste as after adding 1 scoop into my coffee, it tastes like latte and it's really perfect for me. So convenience as I don’t have to carry butter to office which is kinda messy.

At Charine's keto class, I learned that in fact there are plenty of food and substitutes for keto. For example, you can replace noodles with shirataki noodles, rice can be replaced with cauliflower rice. I also learned how to estimate the right amount of fat intake per day. I don’t have to count calories and starve. With keto, I can continue enjoying wholefood and not afraid of taking good fat.

我,
曾经天天放肆的吃,
曾经一餐6包椰浆饭,
曾经每天每餐都有奶茶,
曾经胖到144公斤,
曾经结石性胆囊炎发作,进院了。。。

进院那一次,我下定决心减重。。。


 
今年年初,相信胆囊割除的关系和减少米饭与高油摄取分量。。。我体重从144KG减至136KG。
 
3月,我开始低碳高油饮食和每周五到六次的有氧运动(慢跑快走),每次1小时。同时,加入了3-4个低碳高油饮食FB群,从那里慢慢的学习。因为胆囊割除,我慢慢的再把一些高脂肪食物加入我饮食。。。就这样坚持了大约6个月,体重也减至112KG。

9月,我参与了yummyketo举办的生酮初学者班。虽然只是初学者班,但对这饮食方法背后的科学更了解。在这3个月内,每天3餐尽量自己准备,增加高脂肪食物,尽量少吃外食。运动时间也减半至每周2到3次。今天,我体重已达两位数——97KG。
 
在这下半年里,我只要出门,亲戚朋友或咖啡店uncle和aunty都会说我瘦好多。
他们会问我如何做到。当我分享低碳/生酮饮食,他们都会说不吃淀粉食物非常难以执行,
甚至一些会觉得这个饮食方法很不健康,只能快速减重,后期容易反弹,劝我别长期执行。

但这一年里,我身体证明了这个饮食方法是健康的。。。我睡眠更好,皮肤变好,身体更有活力,血压恢复正常了。近期还做了体检,体检报告比起上一次,进步了好多。

总结来说,我会坚持长期生酮生活方式 :)
